Hi, my name is Quinn “David” Hickey II, I am the proud creator/owner/operator of both DJ’s Detailing & Mint Detailing. Like so many before me, my story is similar. I began detailing on the side and one thing led to another, here we are!

I come from a long line of entrepreneurs. The Hickey name has been in the automotive industry for over a 100 years. In 1922 my great-grandfather Arthur M. Hickey & his brother Sherman P. Hickey joined together to organize the Hickey Auto Company which last until the late 80s. The Hickey family has owned and operated many businesses in the Saginaw area over these years. Including multiple “Midas” franchises. When I was a child I got to experience the “magic” behind the scenes, the trials & tribulations, the good, the bad, & the ugly. It only seemed fitting to create a business of my own someday, here we are!

I’ve always had a passion for vehicles and at a young age I was able to use that passion to fuel my future. Mint Detailing is one of my gifts to the world. We bring an unmatched level of professionalism to the client with decades worth of experience. We are proudly family owned & operated.

I love what I do and I love all the beautiful souls that pass through these doors. I am incredibly grateful, incredibly blessed. Here we are!
